However, robots are no longer mimicking human behaviours, but far surpassing our greatest expectations, traditional hardware and software are now becoming independent selfaware intelligent entities as they continue to journey towards the Singularity.Organisations are investing in adopting cognitive services, these intelligent algorithms to understand and interpret your business needs through natural languages are help drive omni-channel delivery that are extremely responsive to customer sentiment. Blurring the boundaries between Multi Reality (MR), Augmented Reality(AR), Virtual Reality (VR) and the introduction of Virtual Personal Assistants (VPA) are becoming ever more prevalent and resilient in the face of unpredictable failure modes, whilst still being able to process huge amounts of unstructured data, embarking onto this third wave of artificial intelligence which is the art of abstract thinking.In this session Jonathon will explore why the traditional approach to software development (DESIGN-BUILD-TEST) is transitioning and as the next generation we must embrace a new model that is selfaware (THINK-EVOLVE-LEARN). This paradigm; from idealisation to experimentation, rapidly proves the hypothesis. The critical feedback loop back from LEARN to THINK will unlock the next generation insight-driven approaches to the digitalization of processes, behaviours, experiences and interactions, resulting in continuously, adaptive, innovative, disruptive, intelligence.
